What Happens After You Place Your Order

Immediately: Order Confirmation

You receive an email confirming your order with a summary of what you are sending and your chosen delivery options (USB, cloud, or both). If you have ordered a free media box, it will be dispatched to you within 1–2 working days.

You Pack and Post Your Tapes

Pack your tapes securely (we send packing tips with every order) and post them to us using the prepaid label provided, or your own tracked postage. If you have ordered our free media box, everything you need is in the box — including a prepaid return label.

We Receive and Confirm

When your parcel arrives at our lab, every item is logged and photographed. You receive an email confirming safe receipt, listing exactly what we received.

Digitisation (10–14 Working Days)

Your tapes are inspected, cleaned if needed, and transferred using professional equipment. Each tape is captured in real time and quality-checked. The typical turnaround is 10 to 14 working days from receipt, though smaller orders may be faster.

Dispatch and Delivery

Your digital files are loaded onto a USB drive and/or uploaded to your secure cloud link. Your original tapes are packed alongside the USB and sent back to you via tracked, insured courier. You receive a dispatch email with tracking information.

If you chose cloud delivery, you will receive your download link by email before the physical package arrives — so you can start watching straight away.
