Every order, automatically. If a transfer isn't right we redo it free, any repairs your media needs are included, blank or unrecoverable items are never charged, and your originals are always returned to you. There's nothing to opt into and nothing to claim.

You don't pay for it. Every item is listed in your order summary, so if a tape is blank you'll see it marked there with no charge next to it. You only ever pay for memories we actually bring back.

Repairs are part of the service. Snapped tape, mould, broken shells and dried splices are all things we fix by hand in the lab before transfer, at no extra cost. If something is truly beyond saving, we'll contact you and talk it through before doing anything.

Tell us within 14 days of receiving your files and we'll redo it free. No forms and no awkward conversations. We'd honestly rather do the work twice than have you settle for a version you don't love.

Always. Your tapes, films and photos come home with your new digital copies, sent by tracked delivery. We never keep, recycle or dispose of originals unless you specifically ask us to.
