A tape is never just a tape — we treat every item as the irreplaceable thing it is, and we're honest about what each format can realistically deliver.
By hand, in‑house
The same small team inspects, repairs, and transfers every item individually — never a conveyor belt, never outsourced. Repairs are included; blanks are never charged.
Honest & transparent
No small print, no surprises. Every item is listed in your order summary, so you see exactly what we found and exactly what you pay for.
We stand behind it
If a transfer isn't right we redo it free. You have 14 days to be sure, your originals always come home, and nothing's done until you're happy — our Happiness Guarantee.
